SIMON ARKELL
Co-Founder & CEO
Simon, as founding CEO of Predixion and accompanied by a World-class team, has grown Predixion from inception in 2009 to its current position as a major disrupter in the fast-paced predictive analytics industry, boasting major global partnerships and customers. Simon is an experienced technology entrepreneur and executive with extensive global experience. Before founding Predixion, Simon was an operating partner with Triton Pacific Capital Partners, President of a 600-employee, 10-country, Oracle software consulting firm based in the UK, and a Principal with Gramercy Venture Advisors, an international boutique investment banking firm where he assisted technology companies with fundraising, M&A and corporate strategy.
In 1998 Simon co-founded Versifi Technologies, Inc. in Newport Beach, California, a venture-backed enterprise content management software company which sold to Reef SA (Belgium) in 2000. While at Versifi, Simon led the acquisition of AdaptiveInfo, a predictive analytics software vendor in Southern California which developed predictive mobile content delivery solutions for publishers.
Simon holds an MBA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, a BA (econ) from the University of New Mexico, and is a two-time Olympian for Australia in the pole vault. Simon is also program chairman for Megan’s Wings – a charity that provides assistance to families with children fighting cancer. In 2014 he was named Orange County Technology Alliance CEO of the year for mid-sized companies.

STEVE DESANTIS
Co-Founder & CFO
Steve has over 25 years of financial management experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to co-founding Predixion, he co-led the sale of a software company as the CFO for $275 million. He was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, business planning, and the finance, accounting, human resources, and IT departments.
Steve acquired his public accounting experience with Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles. He spent the past 17 years leading venture-backed enterprise software companies as Chief Financial Officer. Most notably was TCI Solutions, an application software company providing software and services to the retail industry.
During his tenure, the business grew by 640%, he successfully raised several rounds of venture capital financings, took the company public as a reporting company under regulation D, and sold the business at a premium to Retalix. Steve is a certified public accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

CHAD BOULANGER
VP of EMEA
Chad Boulanger is a seasoned technology executive with extensive international experience. Chad leads Predixion’s IoT sales strategy and has relocated to Amsterdam to develop the EMEA opportunities.
Prior to Predixion, Chad spent nine years running global OEM relationships for Dell while working out of the UK, Ireland and USA offices. Earlier, Chad was in senior Business Development and Product Management roles at Intel Corporation, where he specialized in complex OEM agreements in the industrial automation, networking and telco segments.
Chad holds an MBA from Thunderbird as well as a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, Chad served as an Airborne Cavalry Scout in the US Army.

NISH HARTMAN
VP of Healthcare
Nish has extensive experience in solutions sales, channel program development, and business development across a range of Global 100 enterprises. At Predixion, Nish has been the architect of an innovative model working with key clients as partners to jointly develop libraries of predictive use cases which could be applied not only within the client’s enterprise but jointly resold to other healthcare providers, healthcare service companies and the healthcare OEM community.
Nish’s relationship with Predixion started while she was employed by Microsoft driving enterprise solution sales based on Microsoft’s analytics platforms in conjunction with the Microsoft Health & Life Sciences division. Prior to Microsoft, Nish was with Sun Microsystems in many roles, including as the professional services channel manager for the Americas charged with developing and driving channel programs to help Sun shift to a services and solution focus from its traditional product centered focus.
It was with Sun that her passion for healthcare solutions took root. One of Nish’s successes was an initiative to utilize Sun’s middleware platforms as a standard for implementing Health Information Exchanges. After Oracle’s acquisition of Sun, Nish continued to drive major IT initiatives with healthcare providers and payers.
A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Nish graduated from Hollins University with a specialized degree combining educational psychometrics with a liberal arts curriculum. She gives back to the community in many ways, including serving on the board of the Batten Leadership Institute to promote developing leadership skills for women, as a former board member of NC HIMSS and a member of ACHE.
