Management Team

We live for predictive analytics but we also enjoy a spirited game
of Ping Pong on a regular basis.

    Co-Founder & CEO
Simon, as founding CEO of Predixion and accompanied by a World-class team, has grown Predixion from inception in 2009 to its current position as a major disrupter in the fast-paced predictive analytics industry, boasting major global partnerships and customers. Simon is an experienced technology entrepreneur and executive with extensive global experience. Before founding Predixion, Simon was an operating partner with Triton Pacific Capital Partners, President of a 600-employee, 10-country, Oracle software consulting firm based in the UK, and a Principal with Gramercy Venture Advisors, an international boutique investment banking firm where he assisted technology companies with fundraising, M&A and corporate strategy.

In 1998 Simon co-founded Versifi Technologies, Inc. in Newport Beach, California, a venture-backed enterprise content management software company which sold to Reef SA (Belgium) in 2000. While at Versifi, Simon led the acquisition of AdaptiveInfo, a predictive analytics software vendor in Southern California which developed predictive mobile content delivery solutions for publishers.

Simon holds an MBA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, a BA (econ) from the University of New Mexico, and is a two-time Olympian for Australia in the pole vault. Simon is also program chairman for Megan’s Wings – a charity that provides assistance to families with children fighting cancer. In 2014 he was named Orange County Technology Alliance CEO of the year for mid-sized companies.

    VP of Healthcare

Nish has extensive experience in solutions sales, channel program development, and business development across a range of Global 100 enterprises. At Predixion, Nish has been the architect of an innovative model working with key clients as partners to jointly develop libraries of predictive use cases which could be applied not only within the client’s enterprise but jointly resold to other healthcare providers, healthcare service companies and the healthcare OEM community.

Nish’s relationship with Predixion started while she was employed by Microsoft driving enterprise solution sales based on Microsoft’s analytics platforms in conjunction with the Microsoft Health & Life Sciences division. Prior to Microsoft, Nish was with Sun Microsystems in many roles, including as the professional services channel manager for the Americas charged with developing and driving channel programs to help Sun shift to a services and solution focus from its traditional product centered focus.

After Oracle’s acquisition of Sun, Nish continued to drive major IT initiatives with healthcare providers and payers.

A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Nish graduated from Hollins University with a specialized degree combining educational psychometrics with a liberal arts curriculum.
