Simon is an experienced technology entrepreneur and executive with extensive global experience. Before co-founding Predixion, Simon was an operating partner with Triton Pacific Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm working with Triton’s software portfolio companies. Prior to Triton Pacific he served as President of a 600-employee, 10-country software consulting firm based in the UK which developed Oracle solutions.Earlier Simon was a Principal with Gramercy Venture Advisors, an international boutique investment banking firm where he assisted technology companies with fundraising, M&A, and US market-entry strategies.

In 1998 Simon co-founded Versifi Technologies, Inc. in Newport Beach, California, a venture backed enterprise content management software company which sold to Reef SA (Belgium) in 2000. While at Versifi, Simon led the acquisition of AdaptiveInfo, a predictive analytics software vendor in Southern California which developed predictive mobile content delivery solutions for publishers.

Simon holds an MBA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New Mexico, and he was a two-time Olympian for Australia in the pole vault. Simon is also program chairman for Megan’s Wings – a charity that provides assistance to families with children fighting cancer.

Steve has over 20 years of financial management experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to co-founding Predixion, he served as CFO of DATAllegro where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, human resources, and IT departments.

He also led business planning and budgeting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and was a key member of the executive team that successfully sold to Microsoft for $275 million.

Steve acquired his public accounting experience with Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles. He spent the past 14 years leading venture-backed enterprise software companies as Chief Financial Officer. Most notably was TCI Solutions, an application software company providing software and services to the retail industry.

During his tenure, the business grew by 640%, he successfully raised several rounds of venture capital financings, took the company public as a reporting company under regulation D, and sold the business at a premium to Retalix.Steve is a certified public accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Terri brings 20 years of experience in technology marketing to her role as Vice President of Marketing. As an experienced marketing executive, Terri will drive Predixion’s brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation and corporate communications efforts.

Prior to joining Predixion in February of 2014, Terri was Executive Director of Marketing for the Software division at Dell where she was responsible for setting the global demand generation strategy. Terri joined Dell from the Quest Software acquisition in 2012 where she was Vice President of Corporate & Field Marketing. While at Quest, Terri held various marketing leadership positions and was part of the executive leadership team that grew the company from $70M to $850M in revenue. Preceding Quest, Terri ran marketing at QSi, a small software company focused on healthcare, and also held marketing positions at IBM.

Terri earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s College of California in English.

Costa brings more than 18 years of experience in the technology and enterprise software industry to his role as Senior VP of Global Sales. In his executive leadership position, Costa will lead Predixion’s direct, channel and technical sales teams around the globe.

Prior to joining Predixon in May of 2014, Costa had a very successful career at HP Software where he held a number of senior leadership roles including VP of U.S. West Sales, COO of the Americas and VP of Sales, U.S. Commercial Accounts. In his most recent role as VP of U.S. West Sales, Costa has responsibility for driving over $269M in revenue thru a direct sales force as well as an extensive partner ecosystem. As the COO for HP Software in the Americas, Costa focused on aligning all the strategy, planning and operations functions to drive operational excellence. Before HP Software, Costa also held sales leadership roles at Extensity, CA & Cognos.

Costa earned his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
