Thank you for your message and reporting this problem.
Please note that OutOfMemory exception happens for various reasons, including but not limited to Excel 32-bit version not able to handle large/complex datasets. These OutOfMemory exceptions can be, and often are, unrelated to the Predixion Insight client.
Can you please review below KB article to make sure that this error is not related to having extra empty columns in your dataset?

If this KB article does not help to resolve this problem then we need more information to help you provide troubleshooting steps: In that case, can you please email below information to

-> Did you already try completely closing Excel session and even restarting your computer to see if any of that makes any difference in this error message?
-> What is your Microsoft Excel Version and Edition? (for e.g. Microsoft Excel 2010 32-bit)
-> Are you using Predixion on your own laptop or within UMUC Virtual lab session when you are hitting this OutOfMemory exception?
-> How much RAM memory you have on your computer where you are hitting this problem?
-> Screen shot of the error message?
-> try running Analyze Key Influencers on very small dataset and see if works?
