Hi Tarang,
Thank you for trying out our product.
It is possible that the window for resetting the password expired. Can you try to reset the password right after you receive the email? If that still does not solve the issue, can you forward a copy of the password reset mail to support@predixionsoftware.com and I'll be happy to investigate further.

Hello!
First of all my compliments to the Predixion team for coming up with this great innovative concept of simplyfying analytics :)
Now the issue - I have registered and installed the 30 day trial version. But forgot the password and now it seems that the webpage where one enters new password (after getting the link on the registered email address) is not working.
I had to create a new account using a separate email address to write this post on the forum.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
