What you’ll be doing…
You will be drive the quality of the hottest Predictive Analytics platform. You will devise testing strategy for our flagship product and manage your test team to ensure that we deliver the most stable and performance product to our partners and customers. You will be a key stakeholder in the release schedule, participating in product design to determine quality metrics and impact of feature functionality. You will become an expert counselor in deploying the product and an advisor for solutions implementers and partners. You will develop appropriate quality metrics and take responsibility for meeting them.

You enjoy the challenge of managing the quality of a client/server and cloud-based platform that operates on a variety of OS and software platforms. You understand the QA is everyone’s job and know how to manage development, program and product management, the test team as well as the executive team to ensure that quality is a value shared by all. You think of test as a multi-faceted problem and are always looking not only for ways to improve the product, but to improve the process, the team, and even yourself to ensure quality is delivered to your customers. You care deeply about your reports and understand how you can grow your team to meet personal and company goals. You understand that “trade-off” is not justification for releasing poor quality experiences, rather opportunities to meet customer needs in new and unique ways. You pride yourself in being the “first user” of your product and your deep and intrinsic knowledge of how the product works and what it does.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum five years of experience testing and test development with at least two years in a management role. Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to communicate and work in a rapidly changing environment with a team of smart people required. Specific experience in Microsoft environment systems (Windows, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc) as well as VPN and VM technologies required.
- 5+ years experience in testing client/server and/or cloud-based application architectures
- 2+ years experience managing test teams
- Excellent communication skills particularly in writing comprehensive test plans
- Experience managing remote test teams a plus.
- Extensive Microsoft Platform experience (SQL Server, Sharepoint, Office, Exchange, etc)
- Ability and desire to learn in a hands-on environment
- Strong self-motivation and desire for success
- Attention to detail, drive for quality, and personal growth is a MUST
